The horrifying statistics for pool drownings will soon be joined by hefty fines for not complying, making pool safety an issue for all pool owners.
All pools must have one of the four following systems:
• Fences • Covers • Enclosures • Alarms
The law states that all new pools, community pools, and pools on rental properties must install one of the above systems before the end of 2006. All other pools will have until the end of 2007.
Who we are:
Safepool Spain is a division of ACAIR, the Zabell family business. A family that has been in Spain since 1967. They have been involved in pool heating since 1977. The incoming EU laws and the great interest in pool safety systems prompted the setting up of the new company, the first of its kind in Spain.
